John Alff, owner of Vesta BBQ & Catering, is focused on providing simple, high quality dishes. He is passionate about sourcing ingredients from local farms & vendors (as well as his own garden!) and crafting products free from additives, creepy sugars, or stabilizers.

“Our name is inspired by the Roman goddess of the hearth and home and reminds us of the power of food to be a source of comfort and to bring friends and family together.”

Personally, we use Vesta BBQ’s Crazy Train Fermented hot sauce on everything. The flavor is amazing, and the ingredients are simple & clean.
